RENTAL RATES  - FRI & SAT  (30% Discount for Sunday - Thursday rentals)

Option 1

$400 per night (Main Hall - 90 per max)

$325 per night (Meeting Room -60 per max)

Option 2

$600 per night (Main hall + Meeting Room - 150 per max.)

Hourly Rates ($150 minimum)

$75 per hour for Main Hall (1 - 90 people)

$75 per hour for Business Room with AV System (1- 60 people)

Booking Requirements

50% of rental fee (non refundable) must be paid by CHEQUE to secure booking date.

Swilers Rental Agreement and remainder of Rental Fee must be executed and paid at least 1 week prior to event date.

Cheques can be dropped off and Rental Agreements signed at Swilers Club Crosbie Road from 10am - 4pm Mon-Friday. Please call Morgan to arrange time. 

Food and Beverage

All food and beverage for rental functions is to be booked through the Swilers Club exclusive caterers "A Taste of Class"
